Independent review of architectural design, coordination, buildability and project risk — helping owners and developers identify issues before they become costly on site. We review the project from the owner's perspective, focusing on design quality, consultant coordination, buildability, design completeness, cost exposure, programme risk and key owner decisions.
Ongoing design governance on behalf of the owner, protecting design intent and quality as a project moves from concept through construction documentation. We sit alongside the owner through design development, reviewing consultant output, resolving coordination gaps between disciplines, and holding the design to the standard it was conceived at — so decisions made on site never quietly erode the original intent.
Independent oversight of programme, cost and risk during construction — giving owners clear visibility into how their project is actually being delivered. We track progress against programme, monitor cost exposure and variations, and flag risk before it becomes delay or dispute — acting as an owner-side check on contractors and consultants through to handover.
